Guys, what would you like your girlfriend to cook for you?

My boyfriend and I are hanging out at my house Sunday around lunchtime, so I thought I would surprise him with lunch.
I'll probably cook it ahead of time so I won't spend the little bit of time we have together cooking...so something that can be re-heated if need be.
