...to the gym.? Alright I'm a 17 year old male who is really skinny and light. I weigh about 126 lbs and I want to start going to the gym to lift weights and get in shape and to have a good body. I just got a membership at a local fitness gym to start working out. Pretty much my whole summer I'm going to go to the gym. Any routines?
Also should I get a personal trainer?
Is it ok to drink that protein shake (whey or creatine)?
