GUYS ONLY...what qualitys do look for in a girl if your looking for a serious...

I want a girl who can be themselves no matter what, someone who can argue with me and not try to compromise because they can see that I'm not going to give up, even when I'm wrong. Someone who doesn't have to wear make up because they think they're ugly, but because they like the colors of it because personally I think make up is for people who are cautious about their appearence. Lastly, someone who won't instantly try to be out going with me to try to win me over right off the bat, there's nothing worse than dating someone for 2 weeks to find out what they're really like.
 
Qualities i do look for

Good-looking
Nice eyes
Can take a joke
To be truthful and not lie.
Trustworthy.

What i dont look for

boring (should be spontaneous and fun)
Jealous or jumps to conclusions to quick.
Being too bossy!
Full of themselves.
Being Pretentious (she should be herself all the way)

I don't think for a serious relationship i care about what they do and whether they are successful. If you love the girl then it doesn't matter.
