Guys never talked to me in high school, but they do in college?

For some reason the guys never paid attention to me in high school. Now that I'm in college I feel like all of a sudden guys are finally noticing me. I love the attention dont get me wrong, but it's just I'm no mt interested in the guys that hAve been talking to me/ ask me out lately. I hate to be mean to them, so I still talk to them. Idk what to do about this one guy. He added me on facebok, keeps talking to me and calling me sweet, and said he wanted to walk me to class today and he was sorry he couldn't cause he had to get home. He's a nice guy but totally not my type and I don't like him. Don't mind being his friend tho. Another dude I know keeps texting me and we went out for coffe once, but I don't like him. I just went as friends. Ive also been asked out and told I was pretty by a bunch of other guys this year

I just dont get why guys are all of a sudden noticing me when it's like I didn't even exist before
