I took a test on chemistry and the test was what was the most reactive non metal family and I answered Halogen because when it needs more electrons, it can use Noble Gases....


Is that right.........?

Yeah, that's right. Because halogens only need to pick up one electron to achieve noble gas configurations, they are reactive nonmetals.
 
Absolutey correct, good work! You will appreciate the reactivity of the halogens if you take higher level chem courses (blasted orgo!)
