GUYS HELP: Is it weird for the girl to ask to kiss u?

I AM A GIRL:9 month anniversary and we hold hands alot and hug but r both really shy and dont see each other really like 24/7, we havent kissed yet we have however had a peck on the cheek occasinally. i really like him alot and dont know what to do???? is it weird if i tell him i want to kiss him and like ask him to kiss????

9 months? You guys should have definitely been kissing long before now.
I would totally ask, or just go for it.
Chances are, if you've seriously been dating that long, he wants to kiss you, too.
If not, there is something very wrong with that relationship.
