Just stay away from tight underwear if your "package" is small. And boxers, you cant see any outline of your "junk" so stay aways from those too. I would go for some Fruit of the Loom underpants. Go a size bigger so the fabrick sags a little off your "manballs." (Rip the label off of the underwear though =o) That should help ya!
