If the guy is really looking for something serious, he definitely needs to have his life pretty much organized; including financial area. But also, look towards woman that will help the relationship and are also willing to share the load, not sit back and watch you work.

The answer is BOTH! There are some men who must have their ducks in a row. My ex decided to take 5 1/2 years to do just that, and lost me....because that's just way too long. And, there are the guys who will find any excuse they can come up with, including money.

The REAL question is: How long are you willing to put up with not knowing either way? Regardless of whether or not he is delaying because of money matters, you still need something in concrete, like a projected wedding date.

Having said the above, he risks losing you AND he is putting money before you. Again, decide how long you are willing to risk. BEst wishes!
