Guy with 8 wii's hasn't sold ONE

i sold mine last night for 450

getting ready to put mine on ebay to end during thanksgiving night, at which i predict most parents will be doing online shopping to get head start on black friday. They'lll be surprised to find out that most major online retailers will be out of stock
 
Just about no "families" or mothers/fathers waited in line. They would show up about an hour beforehand, realize it's sold out, then walk away (and there were only a few of these said people).

In fact, most of the parents who came by to talk said it was TOO expensive to buy for children! (the PS3, that is) And those who were willing to pay the money didn't want to wait in line. As one father told me, "I won't wait in line. That's what you guys are here for. I'll just get one later or go on eBay".

There is nothing immoral or unethical about it. It's playing the 2 markets against eachother and gaining the difference. Ever take an investment course or trade stocks?

Also, perhaps I am a bit different than some sellers. I was waiting in line to pick up my Wii (from preorder) to sell it to a man for $450. I met another man in line who was with his son that seemed to be down on their luck. He was looking for a Wii for his son for Christmas, but couldn't get one because he works the night shift and can't "camp out" to get him it. His son was this really cute kid who seemed pretty shy. I told the guy, "I'll tell you what. I originally bought this to sell to some spoiling parents who don't feel like waiting in line. But, I see your son here and you are a nice family, so I'll give it to you for $290 (which would cover the gas + food while in line and a little bit for me waiting for it in general). The kid's face LIT UP and he smiled and said "THANK YOU SO MUCH".

I need the money, sure, but I do have a beating heart (sometimes).
