So I met this guy at a small dorm party, we danced together, but we never got each others number...he is mutual friends with my best friend and her boyfriend. My best friend told me he begged her for my number and asked me if it was alright if she gave him my number. I said it was fine. He's a athlete so he's very busy, I'm very busy with my own things too, we texted here and there but I couldn't tell if he liked me. We hung out within a couple of days of us meeting, but I get the sense he's shy around me, he told me he likes me but doesn't really feel comfortable going into details just yet cuz he wants to make sure he knows me first...so basically he doesn't want to put himself out there. I don't text him everyday cuz I want to see if he's interested, sometimes he text me first, sometimes we go a couple of days without talking...he doesn't have a lot of game with him, so I'm starting to think he's just a little shy with being with me and making any moves. He told me I'm very attractive...thing is so is he, he just doesn't see it. Anyhow he told me yesterday, that he isn't looking for anything serious until spring semester cuz of sports, is he basically saying im interested but I need to be focused right now for my season? Or is this just a polite way of saying he isn't interested in me at all?
