If you are dating a guy, and you know that they have been involved with many women before, is it offensive to ask the guy if he in the future would get an std test before you and them became involved? Some would say that it is offensive because it means that you are insulting them and calling them iresponcible with their choice of past actions, but others would say that it is not offensive to the guy because he should get an std test out of respect for the woman in the relationship, to be safe.
