"Gurren Lagann" On Sci-Fi's Ani-Monday Block - Talkback *MAJOR SPOILERS*

Everyone, we can now call TZ forums the greatest forums on the Internet.

Because not only do famous abridgers and a representative of FUNimation come here...

WE HAVE DAVID FREAKIN' MALLOW

(Um...I loved your Angemon!)

The show has been off the schedule for two weeks, but it's been three weeks since it last aired (8/18).

Anyway, looking forward to tonight, I think Hynden will be great. =)

Heheheh....

Well-p, it looks like the ol' Team DaiGurren has kicked reason to the curb, and, and Lord Genome got his pecs drilled to heaven. Looks like a nice end to this series.

Wait, what? We're only half done? There's more?
Sweet.

Oh, and the ep 16 ending:

14?! She's 14?! I don't think that's naturally possible. And I thought Mimi from Duel Masters was bad...

Ding Dong, the Witch is Dead, the Witch is Dead!

I love Virals impression of Charleston Heston in the "Planet of the Apes".

I still can't believe I didn't set my antique VCR Monday night I was lucky sonovagun when I found out GL was on iTunes. I enjoyed every second of those two episodes and there's no way I'm missing out on catching tonights episodes.

Is that old man who I think it is? (Then again, every mecha anime has to have the mysterious old man)

This corabining is brought to you by the rejected and replacement Renton Thurstons, Lelouche Britianna and Suzaku Kururugi and pretty much any other joke/anime refference you can make that involves characters that are voiced by both Yuri Lowenthal and Johnny Yong Bosch.

Alright, Crowning Moment of Badass nuraber #2! SPIN ON!

Yeah, the story does keep moving. Kamina's downfall is definitely a big surprise, but I think you'll see later on that it contributes something to the show.

I also think it's pretty gutsy to build up a character like Kamina and then take him away. Many shows don't go there.

And the humans live happily ever after....

Well, until a child is born, in which case, giant machines from SPACE appear out of nowhere and start destroying them. And to top it off, the moon is going to crash into the planet. Man, that's one way to start off after a time skip. Well, Simon, looks like you have a lot to be depressed about at the moment... This looks like it'll be interesting to see how all this turns out in the next few episodes.

Hilarious.
