guppy fish 4 male which one will peck?

i have 4 male guppy fish 2 blue to red which look more orange . the bigger orange guppy pecks now and again at the smaller orange guppy but leaves the 2 blue ones alone, and all four will peck against the glass is this normal
 
Pecking on the glass? That's normal , since their probably eating the algae that sticks to it.

About the larger orange one pecking on the smaller one is probably normal for all fish although if this become continous the smaller one might get sick due to stress.

It is wise for you to add some decorations in which the other ones could hide. Plants like Elodea and other similar plants are highly recommended.
