ok I plead guilty to a stealing over 500.00 which was amended to a misdemeanor before the plea, and I was put on probation (completed) do I still have to right to own a weapon (handgun). the law seems very unclear to about it. Missouri Law. do I have to ask for restoration of rights, or am I fine. Thanks
