I got a baby guinea pig the other day and hes about 5 weeks old and sometimes when he eats he has really weird twitches and jumps around... and he runs around REALLY fast squeaking and its hard to make him stop .... Do you think he might have a brain tumor? Or something? Should I take him to a vet? I just thought I'd ask someone before I spend like $70 for a vet appointment...
