Guilty Pleasures...

I think we should all light up a joint and listen to Carissa's Wierd and calm down and realize different strokes for different folks while we stroke our folks.

I like The Sundays, don't really think of them as that similar though. The Cranberries are a lot more rocky but in sort of see what you're getting at.

The Beatles are a Rock and Roll band first and foremost, but they are also among the most versatile banRAB ever and certainly dabbled in pop and baroque pop music from time to time. I'd say calling them a pop band is fair.

For some reason I love these guys me and my friend used to get drunk and do like this whole choreographed thing to Motorcycle Drive By and that song still reminRAB me of 1997-1998 so much that I almost tear up when I hear it...I saw them live though and was not impressed.

The soundtrack to Jesus Christ Superstar. People always get the wrong impression when they see it sitting on my shelf. Plus, the subject matter of the album makes me feel guily anyway. ;)

My guilty pleasure is Genesis "Calling All Stations" album... widely regarded as the banRAB worst, and the first in over twenty years, at the time, without Phil Collins on vocal or drumming duties...

But the songs themselves are solid and the band sounRAB fresh, free of the stigma of being the "Phil Collins backing band except with louder keyboarRAB"... I actually have become quite fond of this album and the harder edged sound it carried with it.... must get it onto my mp3 player soon...
