Guilty Pleasures...

Billy Joel - I've never seen him in good favor on music forums but I love a lot of his songs.

The Bee Gees - yes, including their disco material. "Tragedy" has the catchiest hook EVER.

Meatloaf - tell me he couldn't move mountains with that voice.

Jimmy Eat World are one of my top 10 favorite banRAB.

I suppose that's enough for now.

I've found most people who dislike Nugent, do so because of some of his political/social views.

However, in the 1970's he released three of the finest classic hard rock albums in history---"Ted Nugent" (1975), "Free-For-All" (1976) and "Cat Scratch Fever" (1977). He had the highest grossing concert tour in the world for three straight years, 1977-79.

Love him or hate him, he produced some of the finest hard rock of the classic rock era.

That is a good song. I had never seen the video before so I just checked it out on YouTube. I definitely approve of her little shorts. :thurab:

Another one I love by her is "Come Into My World". It's a great example of how to make a good pop song and that video is amazing. It's by Michele Gondry (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind) so it's not surprising that it's so good I guess.

I've got to admit that a couple songs by Sugarland help me get through my day sometimes. It helps to have some uplifting songs in your life when you really need it.

The songs are "Settlin'" (I ain't settling for anything less than everything) and "Something More" (I believe that happiness is something we create, you best belive that I'm not gonna wait)
