Guilty pleasure TV shows

Inspired by a thread on the Music forum. So what are your guilty pleasure TV shows, the ones you'd never admit to watching?

I try to stay away from ITV as much as possible but I will admit to watching Jeremy Kyle when I'm in the house and bored. It can be quite funny sometimes :o Has been a guilty pleasure of mine for a while.

FrienRAB. I still watch it on E4 if nothing else is on and i need 'non-concentration type tv'.

Must have seen them all a million times but i can still watch it every other night.

Judge Judy
Gossip Girl
American Football at 04:00 in the morning

My OH watches all kinRAB of awful shite though so as bad as those two are I know there is far worse...

I have the same GPs! But, I'll only watch the last 10 minutes of Bargain Hunt, as that's the only interesting bit.

I will have to add Scooby Doo and Arthur, though. I've been watching them since I was a kid but I still can't seem to give them up, when I'm the age that shouldn't be watching kiRAB programmes:o

I've been watching old kiRAB shows on Youtube. I only do it at home though as if anyone at uni walked past my laptop and saw me watching them then I'd probably be very embarrassed.

Those shows can sometimes be addictive. I know my mum likes Dickinson's Real Deal and Flog It type shows, but I will admit to watching 'em when I'm at home and she has them on. I remember she used to watch Flog It when I came home from school.

What Katie Did Next.... :o:o:o:o

I protested about how anyone could watch such trash but I had it on the other night before going to bed and it actually held my attention for most of the programme, as it was such good trash. May be tuning in again next week...

I'm in mid-life times (50!). But I still love to tune into the likes of:-
Horrible Histories
MI High
Sarah Jane Adventures

My doctor says I'm just going through a second childhood. And to keep taking the tablets!

I also like Loose Women and Alan Titchmarsh Show.

Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - I was such a major fan when I was little and still have a soft spot for it. Even from birth my mum would put me in my baby bouncer chair when ever it was on and I wouldn't make a sound untill it was over. It gave me my first celebrity crush, my first scares and my first burst of excitement from a TV show and was such a big part of my early childhood. And although it's as cheesy as anything else on this earth and really childish in parts; I still can't let go of all the fond memories it gave me as a small child and still watch it every know and again. That really is the only programme that I don't like anyone know I still watch, I'm genearlly open about everything else.
