Guide to an Eldar 40k army?

I've recently started collecting and painting for an Eldar army and I was wondering what I should add. I've got 10 Guardians + their cannon and I picked up a pack with 3 warlocks and a farseer in it.

I would like to try to follow a hit and run strategy in the beginning atleast.
