Can anyone get guide data past 10pm tonight? I can't. Rebooted, restarted, updated.... nothing seems to work. I am on a 9200... none of my timers are working either as there is no data to set them off.

Same issue here... I noticed the same thing last night and did a check switch... it took 2 attempts at downloading the guide before it completed.

BEV must be having issues... again.

I had the same issue with my 9200 last night and again today. No information for any programs that start at 8:00 pm or later. Both times I was able to initiate a guide download by paging the guide ahead a couple of days. It took ~6 minutes to download. No problem with the guide on my 5900, so this may be only a 9200 problem.

Same thing happened here yesterday, on both my 9200s. I fixed it by doing a Check Switch on each one, which reloads the guide afterwards.

Happened to me around 1 pm today. Spoke to bell CSR who in turn spoke to a "senior tech" who in turn stated that the problem was a "system" issue and not my 9200 (which was just replaced two weeks ago). Took forever to download the guide but seems okay now.

Could be the spoiled 9200 is feeling a little left out now that mom has brought home here new baby, 9242!

My 9200 has been turned OFF for about 5 days now so I thought I would have a look this morning to see if the guide Data was good or not.

It is fine, all Timers are OK for the next 7 days.
My neighbor who uses his 9200 every day, has no guide beyond today at 6pm....lol

The answer would appear to be, do NOT turn it ON, it is just fine then......lol

My new 9200 was opened for the most part of the day...

Guide has been fine all day and all my timers seems alright

I noticed when trying to set up recordings of soccer matches on Setanta for Saturday the 27th, that BEV's Guide postings were all for the previous week, and this is for a service that you're actually paying an additional $14.99/mo for. They always seem to be able to present these situations where you are unable to discern whether it is the fault of the program provider or the Guide provider. And this is not an isolated case when it comes to the Guide.

This may have been related to the DST change this year. Normally it would have taken place around the time of the issue, but this year it's a week later.

A very valid point.......

Now we know what we have to look forward to next week, more problems.....lol
