guidance for muscle building?

Well i will starting muscle building so i was hoping if any one with experience could help me with tips and stuff...I would also like to talk with the person about various techniques and questions...thanks hoping to hear from you..
 
yah, right, as if i have nothing else to do. go higher a personal trainer - he will talk to u for a reasonable price
 
Ok am 18 and i started weight lifting when i was 15 my biceps are 5 in while my triceps are 3 in. another thing when you first start with low weights 10pd so u can do more reps and sets. don't overwork a muscle change it up a little bit and stay away from fat or chemically produced foods.you might also wanna stay away from GNC pills i know from experience.Hope it helps.
