The CEO of Ford Motors Alan Mulally, that's who! During the ABC News reporting about the big 3 CEO's flying their private jets to Washington DC to beg for the bail-out, we see Ford's CEO getting out of his private jet and getting into his black Lexus LS. Everyone knows that the Lexus LS is one of the finest automobiles in the world, but why would Ford's CEO not drive a Ford product? Why should I buy a domestic if even their CEO doesn't think positive of them. This just shows how and why the big 3 have gotten to where they are today. Just not having pride in their products and workmanship and producing unreliable and cheap (not price wise) products. Recently, I've seen some better products coming out of GM. Products like the new Malibu and most of Cadillac products and of course the Corvette and Chevy trucks. I just don't understand why Ford doesn't bring it's attractive cars to America. It does have some good ones overseas, but they are probably not proud to bring them here. What a shame. I'm speechless. What are your thoughts on this matter?
