Hi, my father has been in a coma since March from a brain hemorrhage. To this day he is non responsive and doctors call his recovery "dismal" My step mother petitioned me, and his other family members for guardianship, because he's unable to take care for himself. I think its time we talk about taking him off life support. She's always been greedy and shady, is there a way that guardianship is a way of screwing my brother and me out of any life insurance, inheritance? He was in the military and retired from the post office. Any thoughts are appreciated.
