I have completed this game and it's just like any other GTA, walk into the yellow markers, where the map has a letter.

i love gta but that game was a complete let down
if u barely got it,i say u return it for a better game

Go to map, and see the legend for missions available. Then go to the place and you can start it by just entering the light thing. its the same as PS2
