GTA IV : TLD - New Weapons?

I found out you have to win a majority amount of Gang Wars to unlock the new weapons to TLD. After you win 10,20,30,40, or 50 matches, where do you go to buy, or get the weapons?

Grenade launcher = Complete 50 gang wars
Assault shotgun = Complete 40 gang wars
Automatic pistol = Complete 20 gang wars
Carbine Rifle = Complete 30 gang wars
Sawed-off Double Barreled Shotgun = Complete 10 gang wars
 
It's somewhere in the safehouse... I remember something about near the arm-wrestling area.

I think you go to your Phone, go to Clay, and go to Weapons to phone him to leave you one.
He'll leave it upstairs, opposite to the pool table on another table.
