Gsm?

I just switched my plan to a family plan. but b4 i did that i had the EDGE network under my signal and i could access T-ZOnes and AIM...now once i switched over...it is GSM and i cant connect anymore...what should i do? should i call T mobile? im from NYC. thanks

I would try your sim card in another phone and see if you can access t zones. If it fails, T-Mobile is to blame, if it does not, that tells you that your phone is causing the issue, or tmo does not have your BB plan set up. Good luck!~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~

Definitely call T-Mo and make sure your phone is provisioned correctly. They may have left something out when you changed plans.
