GSM with WiFi

Ok, I am currently moving from one area to another and Cingular works a lot better than my current service (Alltel) where I am headed. I work in web design and would like to get a smartphone that has WiFi as I am always around a Hot Spot. I also do not want to sign up for the internet services through Cingular (I can't see spending $40 for it when I am constantly in a Hot Spot). I know the Iphone is coming out soon, and it has WiFi, but again, $500-600 is a bit high. Are there any other phones out there with WiFi that Cingular carries or any phones from Europe that are GSM, have WiFi and are unlocked?

n95, n93i (first two are a bit expensive though)

just look through gsmarena.com and you'll find some wi-fi phones (mostly in the nokia section i think)
 
Check out the reviews on CNET for N95...7.0 editors reviews for a phone in the range of $500-700 +...in my opinion not worth it though everyone seems to be singing its praises...that is my mostly untutored opinion anyway...
