GSM phone with the best reception

I live in southern Ohio and need a gsm phone to use with cingular the requirements are:

1) Best reception possible

2) Durable (I work on a farm)

3) Under $150 ( I am getting married and in college)

4) I dont want the most basic phone there is. (Like a Nokia 6010)

If you can get a V600 series as a2kt1c suggested, that would definitely be a very good choice. What are they going for in the BST now?

Not current tech, but certainly durable and good reception. And if you're on a farm, a little extra size won't bother you too much
 
I have a v635i and that phone is a monster!! Excellent RF, extremely durable as I have dropped it a few times and it still works great! I haven't had any issues with my v635i, other than the software I have now is an old one. But I will have it unlocked and have the latest firmware installed. I highly recommend the v635i as what the last 2 poster suggested.
