GSM phone with great camera?

Ok here are my needs.
I have some time if someone knows of something coming down the pipe in a few months and would like to spend less than $300 USD.

Must features:
1) Must be GSM Quad Band (unlocked or unlockable). I travel US/ Canada and Europe and need to use SIM cards specific to location.
2) Must function well as a phone (good reception, etc.)
3) Must have a very nice camera (at least 1.3MP?)
NOTE: I have tried pocket digital cameras but I don't always put them in my pocket every day and it is a pain to deal with multiple devices. When I go for a walk with my 2 year old after I get home from work, she always seems to do something cute then I don't have a camera. I currently have a Motorola v551 which is fine for emails but not useful for anything else. We have a Canon Digital Rebel for high quality pictures but I would like a camera on my phone that could make nice 4x6 prints.
4) Bluetooth
5) USB
6) Computer syncing (to update appointments and alarms)
7) Small size. It must fit nicely in my front jeans pocket. My previous Nokias did this well (e.g. 3120, 8260) and I find the v551 is a bit on the big side.

Nice to have features:
1) Video
2) Expandable memory
3) Ability to play music (MP3s, iTunes)
4) Simple Java games

Considering these features is there anything out there like this?

thanks,
Mike

i would look into getting a Samsung Z320i but i dont know if you can buy one unlocked and i have no idea how much it would be but around $300 would be reasonable.

i would definatly look into the D600 though. Quad band, 2mp camera, bluetooth and USB syncing, and VERY small. your looking more on the $400 side however, but i think its definatly the best choice for you.

thanks for the comments.

Does anyone make a 2MP phone with a lens cover for the camera?

I could see that becoming a problem for me.

I noticed that SE used to make a 1.3Mp model (S700 I think) that had a lens cover.

thanks,
Mike

The k750/w800 has a lens cover, and is 2mp. The only downside is the lack of 850 in these phones. If you are going to be out of urban areas during your travels in North America, 850 is essential, otherwise the 1900 band will do just fine.

Then the Samsung D600 is your best bet. If you can, pick one up in Canada. A used one can be had for around $400 Canadian.

Used phones seem to be much more expensive in the states.

Does anyone know if Samsung (or anyone) has or is planning on an upgrade with quad band and EDGE support?

I like the sample pictures I have seen on the web from this camera.

thanks,
Mike

The Nokia 6270 is both a QUADBAND phone and it also supoorts EDGE with a 2MP Cam. Thats the only phone currently out with all 3 of your prefrences. Hope this helps.
