grr... did I just ruin my FIRST day of a new lifestyle?

So I said to myself, "ok I WILL start a healthy lifestyle."
Coming into this, I already
Don't eat junk
Don't drink soda
Dont eat fast food,
etc etc.

Well heres what I had and exercises I did today
Breakfast: A bowl of fruit (A banana, and an orange) mixed with whole natural almonds
a cup of green tea

Exercise: I have aerobics so we did star stepping today. basically running and running up and down the stairs for like 30min?

Snack: a fruit salad that had pineapple, grapes, honeydew melon, cantalope, and watermelon.

Lunch: 1/2 a peanutbutter sandwich

Came home from school and went on a 2hr. walk

Dinner: Steamed broccli and carrots with brown rice and a bottle of water.

So then after din din I was still hungry!
And my mom was making homemade pizza (yummy)
And I had some. So now I ate a lot of bread.
Did I just ruin my hardwork for today?
Should i burn it off with an hr of yoga?

i would try burning it off, its the best thing you can do to kill off those carbs! (:
 
Wow it sounds like you have a really great exercise routine! You ate healthy all day and worked out for 2 and 1/2 hours. A little pizza won't ruin all your hard work. You will just burn it off tomorrow anyway. Just stick to your routine and you will be really healthy!
