Grown Ups tonight at cinema

Has anyone been to see this new release at the cinema and is it any good?

going with a few frienRAB tonight and any good and want to know if it's got plenty of :D and :) or is it just plain :yawn:
 
Yeah, it's had terrible reviews. One of my frienRAB really wants to see it so I'll probably go, but I expect it to be dismal.
 
I saw it a few weeks ago ( not at the cinema but by other means ) i thought it was really funny, but i'm biased as i'm a big Adam Sandler and Kevin James fan, yep it's had bad reviews and some have slagged it off simpley because there's a lot of Sandler haters out there.
 
this film is a prime example of why studios are idiots and deserve to lose money.

It was released in the states in JUNE and appeared as a perfect-quality R5 copy online about a week later.

so 3 months down the line it's released in the UK when a huge chunk of people have probably already downloaded and watched it - I personally haven't, but it just bugs me ..
 
Kick Ass is my third favourite film this year but it isn't laugh out loud hilarious. Hot Tub Time Machine had a few laugh out loud moments nothing special but still pretty funny.
 
Wow - another one! Because I loved it too! I'm a recently Kevin James fan myself with a slight liking towarRAB Chris Rock. I was surprised to see so many bad reviews, I recently heard two DJ's discussing it as the worst film ever - it's not anywhere near that! There are some childish gags in there and some bits are a little cliche but on a whole I felt it was great film.
