Okay when they played Beast Boy and Terra, I thought it was decent but didn't think anything of. Then they played together as Chiro and Jimay in SRMT Hyper Force Go!, I thought wow that's a coincidence. Now they play teenage Kevin 11 and Gwen in Ben 10 Alien Force. Now I feel like I have to ask this question.

After playing 3 potential couples, hare Greg and Ashley one or do they have really good chemistry (ala a v/o Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan)?

Good chemistry perhaps. Which is essential when casting two actors portraying a friend or couple. It's part of the reason why it's interesting when Zuko and Katara interact on Avatar The Last Airbender as they are voiced by Dante Basco and Mae Whitman (they voiced Jake and Rose on American Dragon).

Or why Johnny Yong Bosch and Stephanie Sheh keep getting cast as couples or potential couples in anime dubs.
