New to the site.

Just googling around to find some forums where I might be able to learn more about the ducati's, as well as meet some interesting people.

I have been a die hard Suzuki fan for some time now, but am avidly considering a ducati as my next purchase. Ever since I saw the movie Fled, about 14 years ago with one of the Baldwins riding some 996's, I was sold.

Since then I have followed racing quite a bit, and was pleased to see ducati's performance on the track. Just another reason I am so excited about the purchase.

I am a weekend warrior more or less with no track experience, something I am hoping to change this year. I get out just about every warm day I can because you never know what tomorrow will bring.

Looking forward to chatting with some of you, and reading up on the go's and no go's of the various bike years. Wish I could say I was shooting for a brand new year, but most likely I will end up around the 01-04's somewhere. Sure hope those are good years!

Thanks!

TJ

Welcome this can be quite an entertaining place so don't be scared away by some of the rants. I would be looking mostly at the 749, 999 threads for info. Happy Hunting!

Whatever you do don't talk about money or hum and hah too much about which Ducati to buy...LOL

Not well received around these parts

Cheers

thas's crap!!!

Just don't procrastinate for too long, then buy, and whatever you do, don't farkin whinge about resale value once you've made your decision......

If you don't do that, and make your decision and go on to interact and learn more about your new purchase with respect to what you can do to it and how you can improve it, and what each improvement means and how it works - then you will most likely have a great time on here. But as sson as you start bitchin, whining or being a general fuckhead, then some stupid piece of shit like me will call you out.
