Greeny White Stuff at the back of my throat and discusting taste?

I have much the same thing . They give me anti- biotics and an expectorant also an inhalation aerosol . It works but takes a long time and is very uncomfortable . I am okay for about six months , but then the whole thing starts all over again . The doctors have never given me any definite reason for it . I think it has to do with Sinusitis , Allergy and infection .
 
This is the third time i have had a build up of white to green substance just behind my tonsils, the taste is so foul it makes me physically sick and my throat is really sore. ive got an ear ache aswel. What could this be and how do i stop it keep coming back? Thanks
