I use green tea (Tea bags) A slice of lemon.2 tablespoons of honey and 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar for weight loss.Many many people I know and don't know uses this mixture for large amounts of weight loss and have all been pretty successful.Our doctor said it's healthy but some people had to stop because of to much weight loss.But someone said that they just take 2 table spoons of apple cider vinegar a day and lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks.Do I have to do that or Is the green tea good for you too?
