Awful, awful film - avoid at all costs. Chelsea, Millwall and West Ham fans supposedly locked away in a British Jail. The British jail looks more like something you would find in California, acting is awful, theres no link to the first movie just an awful movie.

Scooterwolf pretty much sums it up, pretty atrocious movie, with only one character involved from the first one. I think they do the underdog bit a bit too much in the green street films, to the point where the fights just aren't believable in the slightest. I did think Big Marc was a pretty great villain though, the guy was scary.
