Green, McNeil, Blum & Sabat: Would that not be most epic?

This coming from the guy who says Yuri Lowenthal is epic... I guess maybe with Simon... maybe.

Spike Spencer as Papilion is epic.

Oh yes and how could I forget Liam 'O Brien?

Let's also add Jamieson Pierce, Skip somethingerother... and Kirk Thorton!

Well, he was also Marth in the Fire Erablem OVA, though I don't what his performance in that.

I don't know about putting in mainstream VAs who only did two or three roles in an Anime, it doesn't seem right. Might as well throw in Maurice Lamarche & John Dimaggio, they were in the english dub of Pom Poko.

I know that he only did two Anime shows but he still counts, right? Besides, Lance Henriksen is just as awesome as guys like Scott McNeil.

I know, as am I, but see because of that (and his current roles in Bleach and R2) I don't think I could ever see him in like an "epic" anime. But if there was a whiny secondary character involved...

Well I think he shines whenever he is in the same show as Bosch

I personally think Yuri is a bit overused (and since he voices Sasuke...well...) but I see his good points and I know a lot of people like him.

How did we get this far without mentioning Vic yet?

Of course. All these epic protagonists need a hot-voiced romantic interest don't they? (Bosch and Sheh are in quite a few anime and video games togetther don't you guys think?)

Well, if there's a whiny character needed, Spike is the guy to go for.

And I also like to add in Crispin Freeman, Tara Platt, Lex Lang, Kari Wahlgren, Matt Hill, Dorothy Elias-Fahn, Bridget Hoffman, Kirby Mirrow and Richard Cansino.

Well, I like Geass' dub (except for the ear-splitting Nunnally *shudders*)

And there's Gurren Lagaan and .hack//G.U. and GrimmGrimoire and....

okay it wasn't a lot...

Seriously though, Vic and Coleen Clinkenbeard (She's hot too )

How'd we get this far without recognizing the epicness that is Colleen Clinkenbeard?

Or Eric Vale, for that matter. He's definitely epic.

Steven Jay Blum is always epic. Even as Leeron.

Yeah, I'd better clarify:

This thread isn't about who's most epic in and of themselves. Rather, it's about the epicness generated by the thought of actors who would normally not work together based on region working together. Crispin Freeman and Kyle Hebert are all well and good, but they've done plenty of work in more than one region, so it's a little less interesting to see them paired up with other, more home-bound VAs.

Try and make good, solid 4-player lists with one VA from each region for maximum epicacity!

Like this!

There is a dub out there that kind of fits this bill.

Hi no Tori

You get Blum, Green, Freeman, Sheh, Sinterniklaas, Ruff, O'Brien, Diraison, the guy who voices Dr. Venture, and a boatload of other VAs from LA and NY working together. And it's based on a manga by Osamu Tezuka, you can't get more epic or old-school then that.

I actually mentioned that. In the first post. Phoenix. Yeah.

I also mentioned I'm trying to go for a free-4-all kinda thing here; not 2, not 3, but 4 regional actors working together!

Hmm, I think Bandai is doing a cross region dub with Johnny Yong Bosch, Mike Sinterniklaas and Stephanie Sheh (LA and New York) for the F.R.E.E.D.O.M. OVAs. Don't know when that's gonna pop up.

I'm surprised whenever this guy's name is mentioned, of all the roles he has done, barely anyone have mentioned Prince of Persia (SanRAB of Time and Two Thrones). That was his best performance, imo.
