Scar (Lion King) - Eaten alive by his own minions who had now even turned against him. "Friends? I thought you said we were the enemies" A fitting end for such an evil (and great) villain.
Ghost Freak (Ben 10) - His first death, where he was exposed to the sunlight and started screaming and turning into, ashes. That was insane!
Cell (DBZ) - I loved Gohan's walk.
