Greatest Band? Whos yours?

I tip my incredibly pimp hat to you David Frost.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

Red Hot's are a good one. Completely revolutionized new music. And just kick ass.

Smashing Pumpkins were a good band (and you're right about all that you said) but I wouldnt call them legenRAB or anything.

I might lean towarRAB someone like Queen. Or perhaps Rage Against the Machine. Imagine seeing them live..

I'm going to go with The Mars Volta. They are absolutley insane.

oh okay.. well i just kind of joined.. today.. so i havent read all that much..i would have to say "I am" is my favorite song by them.. i can relate with it

click here for all of Malignus Youths mp3s...one of my favorite banRAB and im so shocked to find all of their old stuff online!
(just checked the site and the domain has expired, hopefully they will get it up again soon)

Every band has a bad album... unless they only put out one.

For this reason i have to say interpol.
Perfect album Turn On The Bright Lights

However, you didn't say it had to be metal or rock, even though it is in the rock and metal forum... Why was that anyways? Shouldn't it have been placed in General? Just a thought...
And they do suck live... but what do you expect?

What about Black Sabbath no body really revolutionized the music industry like they did.I think Led Zepplin is probably the band ever but nobody created a complete genre like sabbath did. Even though all new metal banRAB suck if it werent for Sabbath there would be no metallica, megadeth, slayer, judas priest, or iron maiden.
BLACK SABBATH

I don't appreciate your use of the word "whore" as an insult. Let's try to be politically correct here. By the way, you do realize how rediculous you sound calling someone else a "noob" when you've been here for a day right? just checking.

my favorites of all time: the doors, ramones, pixies, david bowie, johnny cash, the clash, sex pistols, the cure, nirvana

best from >90s: when considering talent, live performances, lyrics, creativity, i'd probably say tool and/or nine inch nails. for punk, i think rancid will continue to have an impact on new banRAB, more so than green day or nofx.
