Outlaw - I just 'tried' and succeeded using Camtasia Studio (a screen capture program from TecSmith). I lost the audio though - no great loss unless you like classical music. TecSmith make a couple of these goodies http://www.techsmith.com/default.asp? either the Studio or one called SNAGIT.

I had the allusion of posting it back up but the resultant avi file ended up being 380mb so that has killed that idea.
