Great line from which film?

aah, I've just got it..

anyone want another go at:
"Do you understand even half the things this guy says?"
"No, but I know what he means."

It's not easy, it's not a very famous film. In fact, it's the least well known film made by a director who often works with George Clooney.

And here's - a very easy - one for everyone else:

"Men are rats. No, they're worse than rats - they're fleas on rats. No - they're amoebas on fleas on rats!"

Quite possibly, but I was thinking of Sam Jackson in Pulp Fiction. It's at the end when Yolanda's freaking out. He asks her "What's Fonzie like?" "Cool?" "Correct-a-mundo. That's what we gonna be. We gonna be cool".

Not a fair one, but I like the word.
