Well done! As for Big Billy, I'm doing it from memory because I no longer have a copy of this movie and I haven't seen it in years but I'm pretty sure it's screw and not something more profane. I'm surprised no-one got it from my first clue: there aren't that many well-known actors who've made a career playing nutters.
Here's another clue: Although it was filmed on an aircraft carrier the title suggests a different type of marine transport.
