Great conflict between Asian and Western culture.?

I am a Chinese,living in Malaysia.I feel like i am a typical Asian.But recently,i have some friends who are Chinese also,are greatly affected by Western culture.They don't know a single Chinese word,nor speak Mandarin,but they seems like proud of them selves.For me,i dont think this is a good thing.I feel like Asian are constatly discriminate by western ppl,they always look down to Asian,i just hope for a fair and peaceful world.Give your opinion.
