Great cleanser helped clear my skin

A long time ago I purchased a cleanser by Purist called "skin perfecting cleanser." I tried it once and hated the consistency, it was kindof like a Cetaphil consistency without foam and I HATE that! So I used it once and hated the feel and went back to my foaming cleanser. Now I decided to give the cleanser another try (i didnt really give it try to begin with). I've been using it for about two weeks and my skin is SOOO much better! My forehead is clear and the texture is smooth and even toned. I've always had little bumps, oil and scars on my forehead and I get pimples all around my t-zone too. I still have oily skin (i think I always will) just not as bad because the cleanser is not drying my skin out like the other ones i used. This cleanser contains natural AHA's, Avocado, Multi-vitamins like vit.e, and cucuraber extracts. I got it at Sally's beauty supply for only $4! Its even gentle enough to use on my cheeks which are very sensitive and i can use it more than once a day with no problem. I just thought I'd share my great experience so far with this cleanser and I hope my skin continues to improve although I've always been disappointed in the past.
 
Just wondering. I've got a few red marks that once were spots, not really raised, but there is about 4 around my cheekbone. Does the cleanser help take away this? I'm not really sure if it is scaring, however my dermatologist told me they will take about 6 months to go away fully.
 
I've only been using it for about two weeks but my scars, kindof like you have describe are less visible. They werent pitted scars just skin discolorations from where my blemishes were. This cleanser has Alpha hydroxy aciRAB which gently removes dull skin and layers so it might be helpful with what you are describing. It also have vitamin E which can soften and help heal scars. You might also want to just try applying vitamin E or a scar treatment such as Mederma. But for the price of this cleanser, if its available where you are, how can you go wrong? good luck!
 
nope, no initial breakout...believe me if there were, i'd stop using it right away! lol... I cant handle initial breakouts. If you try it definitely let me know what you think. I also take Natures cure pills and use benzoyl peroxide where i have pimples but i've been using this stuff for a very long time and my face was never really that clear on it..so i'm attributing my clearer skin to this face cleanser. :)
 
the only place i know where u can get it from is Sally's Beauty Supply. It also might be available through their website.
