Grease 2

I find Michelle a bit snobby about Grease 2. None of the other cast members are ashamed of it. Its not like its stopped her having a decent career is it? She was in Scarface not long after it.

Funy how after a tiring week, all I want ot do is laugh at really corny lines and lyrics...
 
And using Adrian Zmed as a link, Tom Hanks is the same way about 'Bachelor Party', and it's one of my favourite 80's films. He'll certainly never make a funnier film.
 
ITV2+1 *should* be around Reproduction, ITV2 will be going into Girl for all seasons...

I love Grease 2! It's a really fun film if you don't take it seriously and get into the spirit of it. I think its storyline is actually more coherent than Grease 1. Grease 1 is a fantasic film but it doesn't exactly have an actual storyline as such. It's more like "a year in the life", and people slate Grease 2 for the silly plot but I just look on it as a fantasy. Grease 1 was very fantasy-like too (can you really take a film where the teenage characters are played by people in their thirties seriously on any level?) so I don't know why Grease 2 gets singled out for being ridiculous. I think it's just because people wanted John and Olivia back and were bitterly disappointed when they shunned the project.
