So, I'm branching out my graphic design.

I used to handle only invitations for birthdays and such, but now I'm getting tickets for shows and other ads, etc. Basically, it's becoming more commercial than personal use. My question is about the resources used in creating digital art. Like stock photos, brushes, textures, and fonts. I don't want to get into any legal trouble, say, if I use a brush without giving proper credit to its creator. I was just wondering how I can tell if a font/brush/whatever resource is okay for such usage. If it is, what kind of credit would be necessary? Monetary compensation, or would credit in the website be enough? I'm not a professional, so the fees I get are almost just tokens for the labor. I have no set rates or anything.

I'm also making my own textures/brushes, so the fonts are my main concern as of now.

Does fair use come to play anywhere here?

Sorry for the mixed thoughts, but I think I got my point across. Any info would be great. Thanks, Y!A :D
