grandparents rights while son is in military?

i am joining the army and i was wondering what rights do my parents have over my daughter if i have to move to another state or go over seas
we were never married and im 17..i have 10 percent custody..if i go on leave i just want my grandaughter to see my family once in a while

Parents have the right to raise their kids as they see fit and grandparents do not have the right to overule a parent's decision concerning the child, even if that decision is to never allow the child to see the grandparent. Now, if you want a meaningful answer, give the necessary info, like whether the parents are married and whether the service member has custody.
