This has been bothering me for a while now. I don't know which is correct. When talking about something that is suppose to be singular, for example head but is used with a plural noun like children, does the noun agree with the subject or does it stay singular? Sorry it's kinda hard to explain.
EX.The children ran and hit their heads or head
