Grade 8 Grad Dance In One Month!!!!! HELP!!!!!?

Kay, so i'M thin. I weight 111-112 pounds and I am 5'6. I'm female with a smallish chest. I want to lose a little fat in my thighs. So, I have Selena Gomez or Shailene Woodley legs. Pretty thin right? Well, I still want to lose the weight there or burn an inch? I don't really need weight off of my stomach and all since if you do you'll be able to see all my organs:P I have a VERY. Small waist. Like you can see my pelvic bone, rib cage and collar bone and shoulder blades. But this is all natural.I'm not anorexic, thogub soetmes I feel like it and some of
my friends think I am. But here's what I really want to do! I wan FTP lose some of the fat and replace that with a LITTLE MUSCLE! I don't want a lot so you can tell I have it but some so you can tell my legs aren't made of fat:P I have A LOT of muscle at the front of mycthighs (quads?) but I want to burn the little fat on my back of he hgs and replace that with a little muscle,( again, not a lot.) and how can I lose 4 more pounds? By the way, I'm obviusly 14, simmer is coming up along with my grade eight grad dance so I want to look amazing with my legs:P
