2008 Prius. Several folks beside my self have attempted, unsuccessfully to make gps work. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Employee at dealership put dealership in addresses. Recently, when I went to dealership a month ago, a salesman was unable to find their address and was unable to put it in (GPS said address, (of dealership on less) did not exist. This thing cost at least 1,000 and I am afraid they r going to try to pin problem on me if possible. Any ideas? One thought I had is, what if they sent me the instructions for the wrong system? Someone at Toyota told me they had four different GPS systems that could be used in their cars. Is that true, and if so how could I find out which system and which instructions I have?
